Had a good day today:

Bench Press: 205 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Seated Shoulder Press: 125 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Fly Curl: 200 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Incline Crunches: 3 sets, 40/35/30 respectively

…and then the elliptical. Same as usual, still resistance level 8. I did 2.45 miles and per the machine, burned 429 calories. It felt pretty good; I’m ready to bump up to 9 next week.
