Meh. Friday was a lazy day, I’m afraid. My shoulder was still a bit sore from weights throughout the week, so I figured better safe than sorry and gave it a break. I did some cardio on a reclining bike, and then just went home.
This weekend was a bit of an indulgence weekend, it seems. Easter candy, etc. and lots of other temptations ensued. I weighed in this morning at 227.5 – a 1 lb increase from last Monday. A little fluctuation is to be expected, however, so I am not overly concerned. I’ll just focus on this week, eating a bit healthier again to make up for the weekend, and keeping at the workouts. We’ll see how today’s workout goes – post to come later.
