Good day for weights, not so good for cardio:

Bench Press: 215 lbs, 3 sets of 8, 8, and 7 reps respectively
Shoulder Press: 120 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each slowly (backtracking a bit and rebuilding to 135 in the hopes that I get closer to full sets of 8
Fly Curl: 215 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Incline Crunches: 3 sets of 50, 45, and 40 reps respectively
Toe Raises: 3 sets of 25 reps each
Calf Raises: 3 sets of 25 reps each

I did the elliptical at resistance level 10, but only made it about a mile before I started feeling light-headed. I stopped there, and did another 20 minutes on the reclining bike, for a total of about 330ish calories. I’ll have to try again on Wednesday and see if I can last longer at that level. 10 feels about half again as difficult as 8. *twitch*
