Weights again today:

Bench Press: 215 lbs, 3 sets of 8, 8, and 6 reps respectively
Shoulder Press: 120 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Fly Curl: 215 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Toe Raises: 3 sets of 25 reps each
Calf Raises: 3 sets of 25 reps each
Incline Crunches: 3 sets of 50, 45, and 40 reps each (these hurt a bit today)

And I think I had a bad day on the elliptical on Monday, because I had no problem finishing 28 minutes on it today. It was exhausting, mind you – 2.45 miles, 425 calories reported, 5/10 degree alternating incline at level 10 resistance. I am pretty much spent now. It was a good day.
