I neglected to post this Friday, so here it is:

Bench Press: 215 lbs, 3 sets of 8, 8, and 6 reps respectively
Shoulder Press: 120 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Fly Curl: 215 lbs, 3 sets of 8 reps each
Incline Crunches: 3 sets of 50, 45, And 40 reps respectively
Toe Raises: 3 sets of 25 reps each
Calf Raises: 3 sets of 25 reps each

I only did a mile on the elliptical as well – I was exhausted when I started and decided not to push myself too much, so I packed up and walked the mile back home.

When I weighed myself this morning I was at 226 lbs. Back to where I was before last week; hopefully I will start seeing my waist size go down soon, and perhaps shed a couple more pounds. We will see next Monday.
