I benched today, then did PT with the Flight rather than my usual workout.

Bench Press: 230 lbs, 3 sets of 8, 5, and 5 reps respectively.

The Flight workout was a 3/4 mile jog out to a field, where we did alternating exercises – 20 push ups, 20 lunges or 10 squats, and then an ab exercise picked by one person, going around in a circle til we all had picked one. All told, I did 160 push ups, 80 lunges, and 40 squats, as well as a small cornucopia of other ab workouts.

After that, we returned back to the gym (everyone else ran, but I am still dealing with shin splints and didn’t want to push it). I’ll try to get some better cardio in tomorrow when I work out on my own.
